“Of course,
she was brought here against her will”, said one of the nurses. Mrs Ferry was
an old woman, who was very strong and tough. Her husband died three years ago.
Mrs Ferry entered
the Care Home at the age of 98years old and her return from there should be her
funeral, the whole family was thinking. She has almost spent two years in the
Care Home without the news of her been sick or depressed. Mrs Ferry gave birth
to three children all grown up and has their own family, and they are all too
busy to take care of her.
The Care Home
expects people like her to die within six months that they are brought in, but
in Mrs Ferry case it was a difference situation. All the nurses and care worker
have gossip about her and tired of her that they end up giving her name,”
Biggest Miracle Woman”. Some of them cannot be bothered to pronounce it full so
they shortened it to BMW.
The
impossible happened when they asked Mrs Ferry to go back home, because they
needed her space for people who were more in need of the room.
Her first
born didn't agree with the decision, “I will pay double for you to keep her
here”, she said. After lots of persuasion from her the manager gave her two
weeks to for him to think about it. After two weeks they decided that they
would give Mrs Ferry private house, with private nurse and private social
worker to help her.
The news of
Mrs Ferry coming out of Care Home at the age of years old and alive went all
over the town. After she came out of the
Care Home Mrs Ferry spent another years of her life in her new house and she
died at the age of years old. After her death there was a birth of BMW car
to show that the car is very strong and last long, quite funny.
